The upper dishrack is used to hold your dishes in place while the dishwasher goes through the wash cycles. Over time the dishrack can become damaged, start to rust, or be missing rollers, and the dishrack will need to be replaced. This rack is white in color with light gray rollers and measures approximately 23 Inch x 23 Inch. This is a genuine OEM part.

Dishwasher upper rack sent to Mr Anderson
The part arrived quickly and it was in good condition. However it did not fit in the dishwasher as the roller wheelers were set higher (by 1.5 to 2 inches) and the rack when loaded with dishes hit the top of the dish washer. I had to make adjustments (bends) on the rack to make the wheels sit lower in order to lower the rack position to fit in the dishes (this caused the white plastic coating to come off and now it will likely start to rust in those areas). When I compared the new rack (you sent) to the old rack in the dishwasher - I noted that the side brace bar for the wheels was 1.5 to 2 inches higher on the old rack - allowing for more room to store dishes without hitting the top of the washer/ perhaps you sent me a faulty rack as the two racks should have been similar. Otherwise i would rate your company as 5 star. alecanderson9@icloud.com

This is first time I have used this supplier. The part arrived in about 3 days. It fit part fit perfectly . I had to remove the center flow nozzle from the center of the old one and put it in the new one. Fortunately another site had a video of how to do this as well as how to remove the clips to take out the old rack. Without this it would have been some what more complicated. Some enclosed instructions might be helpful to someone not mechanically inclined , that you need to do this and how to release the several clips required.
