Do the suspension rods come in a set of 4 and include the dampers?

Hello Joel, thank you for getting in touch. This suspension rod assembly includes 4 suspension rods, but it does not include the damper assembly. The damper assembly comes separately with part number PS12078800. Glad to be of assistance!
