My agitator broke, do I have to put a agitator back in or can I fix it to be a non agitator base

its this part easy to remove?
For model number MVW7230HWO
Hello Raquel, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we are providing you with the instructions that will help you in removing the agitator.
1- Open the lid and remove the agitator cap.
2- Remove the screw securing the agitator in place.
3- After removing the screw, pull the agitator upward.
4- Now, place the new agitator and tighten the screw.
5- Put the agitator cap back at the top of the agitator.

Is this the complete agitator assembly? Washer seems to work right it just isn't agitating to get clothes clean

The spin cicle is extremly noisy. It appears to be a bad bearing. Can this bearing be replaced?

Hello Nick, thank you for your inquiry. According to our understanding, the issue is most probably with the bearing. The bearing comes along with the transmission, part number PS16220911. You may need to replace the transmission to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
