Both door gaskets have rips in them. Can I replace them myself or do I need a serviceman?

Hi James, thank you for the question. Yes, you can replace them by yourself. Unfold the gasket and heat it with a hair dryer to soften and straighten it. Pulled the old gasket out by prying straight out from the door channel. Start at the bottom corners so that the gasket is hanging free when finished. Starting at the upper corner, press the new gasket into the door channels. Proceed around the perimeter, pressing the gasket in and making sure the gasket is spread flat.
