The part sent was not the correct part, although the description seemed to point to it as being the one I was looking for. There was no picture of the part available and so I had to trust that the part number given was right and your operator could tell me that it was what I was looking for. Unfortunately, all of this failed and I will not be sending the part back in the middle of a postal strike and with the high cost of trying to get it back. All of these issues are the bottom line difficulties associated with your service -which, I would like to use had it been more supportive and informative. Finally, I see the part picture on this response panel - why wasn't it available before in the parts list?
