Black frame cracked / disintegrated
The thin black plastic frame around the old one had become brittle and cracked/disintegrated. So, nothing to hold the functioning unit to the frame. All I needed was a new frame. The one that was shipped was the wrong model number, so it is useless to me. I will be returning it for a refund. Thank you for trying, so sorry, no cigar. the bottom heating element would not work,
when the bottom element didnot work after replacing it, got a new timer, marked all wires, and then took old timer and overlay out and replace timer and a new overlay, rehook up all wires.

My oven is working just fine, but the plastic housing for the part #316455420 is broken in half making it extremely hard and dangerous to use the oven. The stove top has no issues. I do not need the electronic control board only the plastic housing. Is their anyway to purchase the housing only instead of spending $250 on the whole assembly?

Element is okay and kontrol board klik and power off on elements and klik again power is on on elements and not heat.
