Why does my stove top element is not heating up all the way as the other element tops. The larger one is not red hot or even burning hot. It turns on, but not hot enough.

The issue is probably with the element switch, your model comes with two element switches: the 6-inch infinite control switch, part number PS11740785, and the 8-inch infinite control switch, part number PS11740775.
