When I turn my oven off it continues to heat until i unplug it or turn the breaker off. No error codes show but and the oven says it is off but continues to heat. What causes this?
For model number GCRE3060AFB
PartSelect logo
Hi Josh, thank you for reaching out. The issue you're describing, where the oven continues to heat even after being turned off, is likely caused by a faulty control board. The control board manages the oven's functions, including turning the heating elements on and off. If the control board is defective, it may fail to shut off the power to the heating elements even when the oven is turned off. Check for any visible signs of damage or burnt components on the control board. If you suspect the control board is faulty, it may need to be replaced. The part number is PS12717852. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Hi Michael, thank you for reaching out. Yes, the oven relay board, part number PS12717852, may need to be replaced. Faulty relays can cause power issues, such as supplying continuous or incorrect voltage, which can damage the delicate electronic components of the control panel. We hope this helps.

Hi Mitch, thank you for reaching out. The SF code is a Sabbath failure. You may need to disable the Sabbath mode first. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the relay control board, part number PS12717852. We hope this solves your problem!

I've lost function to both RHS front and back elements. I suspect Part #5304516862 (Surface/Relay Power Board) is the culprit but before I order, can you verify?
For model number CGIH3047VDB

Hi Trevor, thank you for contacting us. The issue is not with this part, as it is the oven relay board. We would suggest checking the main terminal block, part number PS471605. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!

I have a frigidaire GCRI305CAFD induction range which suddenly shut down. No display or response to any input. There is power to the stove. Would this be the most likely board to have failed?
For model number GCRI305CAFD
PartSelect logo
Hello Bill, thank you for getting in touch. Yes, according to the issue description, you will need to replace the control board, part number PS12717852, to fix the issue. This board receives the high-voltage power and converts it to lower voltage for the display and touch controls. We hope this helps.

My Frigidaire electric stove is not heating. The top. Burner section is working fine. The displays are all working properly and we are not receiving any codes. We replaced the heating element however it’s still not heating up. Regular bake air fry nor broil are working. Would you recommend replacing the control board?
For model number FGEH3047VFC
PartSelect logo
Hi Amy, thank you for reaching out. The issue could be with the control board, but first ensure that the oven temperature sensor is working properly. If it is fine, then the issue could be with the oven relay board, part number PS12717852. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Have an error code, F020 with both elements on right blinking 1 with audible alarm sounding. I unplugged appliance and waiting for a while to plug back in to test it. Cannot find this error code.
For model number CGIH3047VFB
PartSelect logo
Hi James, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, the F20 error code indicates a communication error between the display control board and the relay control board. Check the wire connections between the display board and the relay board. If the connections are fine, you may need to replace the display control board, part number PS12731652. We hope this solves your problem!
