IF AT FIRST YOU DON'T SUCCEED ...
The oven cleaner kit arrived well packaged and within a good time frame. However, it's effectiveness in removing the burned on juice from baking an apple pie was disappointing. I shall have to go through the self cleaning steam setting again and try the kit a second time. My wall oven is new, so I am hoping for success with the next try.

The parts were laughable. I could have bought them at the dollar store for about $6. Not only did they not work but you had the audacity to charge a lot more. Then of course you gouged us $10 when the product was from a nearby location. From a not pleased person.
