Part needs to be re-designed with material that won't disintegrate
You need to re-design this part. the metal flange that allows the knob to grip the spindle, is surrounded by some kind of plastic. That plastic breaks down very quickly, allowing the flange to rotate inside the knob so it won't grip the spindle to turn it. I've owned this stove for less than 2 years, and I've had to replace All FOUR knobs for the same defect. I suspect I'll have to replace them again in 2 years. At ~$250 for four knobs every 2-3 years, that is absolutely atrocious!
