This grommet fits on the spray arm of your dishwasher. This replacement part connects and seals the spray arm to the water hose that supplies water to the dishwasher tub. I actually needed the part that flushes up to this part so the water goes through the top arm to swirl the top water spinner. It is a soft grey rubber that fits into the top arm at the end to guide the water through. Do not know if this part can be got. I would appreciate a reply. Thank you

Not what I needed
While this particular rubber grommet is found on my dishwasher it is not the one I needed. There is another rubber grommet that is sort of oval in shape that it’s directlyon the water delivery type on the upper rack and rests directly against this groumet. It doesn’t plead in you diagrams though but I desperate need a new one

wrong part
FRIDGEADAIRE - GALAXY SERIES -Part arrived within 3 days of order BUT it was wrong part. All excited about getting the upper wash rack in full operation once again. Pilled shelf out to remove gasket to find it looked nothing like the one on there. The part I need is like a bellows of sorts that fits on the water line attached to the upper shelf. The part received goes on the back wall.
Now i am back at square one with part I don't need and hoping for the part I do need

Replacing grommet
Finally we laid in the tub--be sure to support the lid. The grommet could be inserted halfway. Then trying to fold the grommet back we were able to use a screwdriver to force the rest in to place.

Flat threaded washer which completes seal to upper basket when door is closed. Removed old gasket but having trouble connecting new washer to nylon connecting tube in washer?? any suggestions ?? thanks

Thank you for your question. You would just push this part into place. Sometimes it helps if you take a bit of dish soap and smear it around the circumference of the washer to help push it into place. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

I've asked twice and both times you gave me part number ps11770484. Does this go on the back wall of the diswasher? Or is this the gasket that connects to the arm that's attached to the basket. The spray arm that is attached underneath the top rack, it has a rubber gasket at the back of it and it is finished. Can i change that? Or do i need to replace the arm.

The spray arm that is attached underneath the top rack, it has a rubber gasket and when you push the rack in, that rubber gasket is against the back of the dishwasher...covering a whole (I'm assuming water supply)... that gasket is finished. Can i replace that one.
