These 3 parts were broken or missing.
I had to watch a You Tube Video and the Repair was basically snapping these parts on the rack and glide. No tools needed!
Upper dishrack roller assembly in slide rail broke, causing upper dishrack to sag
I used a flat blade screwdriver to compress one arm of the endcap of the slide rail to free it. I then slid up the locking slide of the old roller assembly freeing it from the upper basket,and put the new part in its place. I then put the roller back in the slide rail and replaced the endcap.

Replacing upper rack rollers
Followed very simple instructions to easily install. The only tool needed was a flathead scredriver to pop off caps to remove old, broken rollers. New rollers simply click into place. Piease aren't cheap, but significantly less than a new dishwasher.

Upper rack roller assembly in parts diagram part 2 shows 2 each is needed, is this a repair kit for one side ? I need for both sides so what do i order and how much will this cost? Thanks kenneth

How to replace dishwasher roller that controls bottom shelf from closing

Hi Veronica,
Thank you for your inquiry. To change this dishrack roller assembly you have questioned on: Pull the upper rack out and use a screwdriver to release the front rack stops from the upper dish rack rails. Slide out the upper rack out and use a small flat head screw driver to push the tab on the roller out so you can release the retaining latch securing the old assembly. Now release the brackets from the tines to fully detach. Install the new upper track roller by positioning it on the tines, then snap the retaining latch in place to secure. Replace the upper dishrack and reposition the front stop clips and snap them into place. Hope this helps!

Hello, The dishwasher top rack roller assembly has disconnected and the fasteners are disintegrating. will ordering x 1 of this part give me 2 fasteners with roller on 1 side of the rack?

Re: Dishrack roller, upper rack, your part # w10888592 (item no. 2 in your product sketch) which replaces my part # 8575281. Question: Each of my 4 rollers has a blue tab attached called a top rack adjuster and can be used to adjust the rack's height. I am not sure if your roller features this tab, as your illustration of the part is too small and grainy. Kindly advise. Sincerely, hans heller

Whirlpool dishwasher, the picture of the roller assembly shows the part i need: #2 in the diagram. Broke in pieces that gorilla glue will not fix. I currently have it ducktaped to the basket. It looks like a Generic piece. Even though you do not carry the model no., will that part work? Can i just buy the piece?

How does one actually install the upper rack roller assembly? The existing part seems to be glued on? How do you get it off? Does this part then just snap on?
