Is this $45 for five knobs or for one knob? I need to replace all five

Does part #6 on the cooktop diagram include a separate ring underneath the knob? On our current cooktop, the ring underneath the knob has started to peal showing the white plastic underneath.

The knobs that turn on the burner have a small piece inside the knob that keeps the knob tight on the shaft. One of mine is missing so the knob just wobbles around.Do they sell just the little piece that goes in the knob or do i have to buy the knob it self?

This is a follow up question regarding the replacement bezel for the cooktop. How is the knob removed it replace the bezel?
