Fully loaded top rack would detach from track when pulled out for emptying.
Removed dishwasher from cabinetry to replace tub rollers (4). Replaced roller sets (4) on top rack. Also replace both rails and rail stops. Screwdriver was only tool required for this part of repair. Needed wrench and screwdriver to remove and replace dishwasher in lower cabinetry.

When i pull out upper rack the rack comes out of track because the wheels come off

I am trying to replace the upper front roller support for the rack, part number 13. I can't seem to get the old one off. Are there screws in the roller? What do you suggest?

Upper rack wheel seperating from rack. Wheels stay in the track. I think the tabs broke that attach the wheels.

Rack Adjuster Kit - Left and Right Side, PartSelect Number PS10064063. This kit includes the parts to replace the left and right-side rack adjusters and has been upgraded to a more durable metal design. This kit includes 2 adjuster assemblies, 1 left-hand and 1 right-hand actuator cover, 2 gray adjuster covers, and 2 gray adjuster housings. Hope this helps!

The top rack keeps coming off the side rail. If I buy part 13 shown in the inner tub drawing can I take the wheels off of it an put them on the currently attached part. How do they come off? I’d rather not pull the entire unit to get at the screw on the side to replace the entire part.

Hello Tony, Thank you for the question. To remove the wheels from the bracket, you would damage the tabs that hold it in place. Unfortunately the appliance will need to be pulled out to access the screw that holds the Tub Wheels in place. Before doing so, we suggest checking the wheels on the upper rack its self, PartSelect Number PS11753471 to be sure they are not damaged and causing the rack to leave the track rail.
