The part I was looking for arrived exactly as indicated and completely intact. A bit on the expensive side but so was the dishwasher! The design of the holes in the bottom of the basket allows some items to poke through. When pulling out the drawer, these items break the cross-hatch of the basket bottom and then whole items can fall through.Design issue. Not yours. Great service! will be back if/when I need parts.

I was hesitant to order this part because it said ti was 20 Inches and may not fit all models as some require a 19 inch basket but it fit perfectly. Happy to have a solid slotted top with wider slots to fit our cutlery, and no more holes at the bottom of the basket. Pricey, but after a lot of research it was worth it so far (1 month of use)

I removed the tray and put in the new one
