Shipping delay FedEx four days in Chicago was curious.
Old dispenser part came loose from dispenser drawer area, hit the floor and broke two plastic connectors. Very small and fragile plastic tabs are all that retains the front of the dispenser drawer. Cost for those two parts over $100 retail.
Be gentle with plastic components.

In diagram 3, the washer dispenser, I need the bottom part of the dispenser. Number 9 and number 10 are not needed. Can it be purchased separately? If so what is the cost? The fabric softner wont empty from the drawer what part is needed

Hi Pam, thank you for your question. There are a couple of things that you could check. However I would suggest cleaning out the entire drawer including the ports that the tubes attach to. The ones that go down into your drum. With fabric softener, it is actually very common that it will build up at the exit port into the tub and so just cleaning it out will fix the issue. If that is not the issue then you may actually have to look at your water inlet valve for being the issue. It could be that it is not getting enough water in to disperse the fabric softener and getting it down into the tub. Good luck with your repair.
