Fully loaded top rack would detach from track when pulled out for emptying.
Removed dishwasher from cabinetry to replace tub rollers (4). Replaced roller sets (4) on top rack. Also replace both rails and rail stops. Screwdriver was only tool required for this part of repair. Needed wrench and screwdriver to remove and replace dishwasher in lower cabinetry.
The rollers wear out. This is the third set since it was new.
I removed the upper rack and unclipped the roller assembly and snapped the new ones in place.

Replace Upper Wheel Hub
1) Remove (2) dishwasher cabinetry (located on top or side) cap and screws. 2) Pull dishwasher out just far enough to access wheel tub assembly. 3) Remove old, clean area and replace with new. “Refer to several videos buy goggling part number”.

How do these rollers attach?

I need two new rollers that hold the upper rack in place and from falling down. These parts hold it up and can be adjustable to make the upper rack adjustable in height. These also allow the rack to come in and out for loading. My model number is not coming up.

I have a Kenmore elite ultra wash dishwasher. The manual states both model numbers: 665.1392*, 665.1394*. Both of the front top wheels on the upper wash tray have broke. Are they hard to replace and were can replacement roller wheels.

My upper wheel rack of my dishwasher simply wore out, obviously it got too hot and brittle over the years and I need it replaced. I purchased this part because in the picture it showed both upper and lower wheels on the bracket, but subsequently reading reviews it may only come with the upper wheel and the lower needs to be purchased separately? Is this true? If it only comes with one wheel (upper) and I need to buy lower separately, then this is very misleading; if it comes with both, then a reasonable price, but a little high!! If it does not come with the lower wheel, then I need that part number only as this is the part that’s failed and I’ll send back the more expensive part just to replace the lower cost lower wheel only. LMK.
