Dishwasher Upper Dishrack w/Middle Arm And Tube WPW10253040

Assembled the lower dishrack as per the instructions provided and installed in the dishwasher.
The upper rack came with some spare parts but no instructions and I could not figure out what they were for or where they went so they remained just that, spare parts.

The new racks virtually slid right in! Very little work.
My dishwasher looks brand new! I should have ordered from you years ago!!!!

The only difficult part was taking out (relatively easy) and returning (hard) the clips from the rails. This required bending the end of the metal rails with pliers. Otherwise the dishrack just rolled in with no issues.

The spinner is somewhat lower than the one it is replacing, making the clearance over items in the lower rack to be serviceable but marginal.

justed snaped the old bottom rack wheel off installed new that came with the rack .Same with the top and other parts.

Did not have to do any repair, the parts for the dishwasher come with all the necessary parts and no tools were necessary. the wheels were snapped into place for the lower rack and the upper rack should needed to be place in the sliders. The Middle arm holder is not necessary as it comes standard.

I ordered the upper and lower rack replacements PLUS additional wheels and other attachments because I could not tell from the schematic on the website whether or not the smaller pieces came with the rack.

As it turned out, the racks came ready to install and all it took was a limber nephew to take out the old ones and put in the new. Now I have plenty of spare parts in my own inventory in case the wheels, etc. need replacing.

I feel guilty sending you this repair story because all I did was order the parts on your website and then conned my nephew into making the exchange.

The parts arrived very quickly and in good condition. In fact, the new racks are an improvement over the ones that came with the dishwasher originally. Removed the plugs in the slides, removed the rack, slid the new rack in and replaced the plugs.

Replace previous rack.

Removed old and replaced with new. However, my records show that I ordered the bottom rack and spray arm kit. Part Select sent the top rack with the spray arm attached. Rather than returning the parts, i used the top rack and put the spray arm kit into my household inventory. I may try again later for the lower rack.
