Removed old tracks. Note instructions do not tell you to remove the back stops one each side.... let alone how. Installing new track is really easy. Place the old lock on the track. Strange they don't arrive with a new lock, it is just a plastic insert and must be cheap. The only tricky part is replacing the rack wheels and height adjuster. If the instructions and particularly the pictures in these, were better it would all have been a breeze. Really worth the effort though!
Plastic pieces had broken on both the top and bottom racks
The parts select site had an excellent breakdown of what I needed to replace. When I got the pieces, however, it wasn't so apparent how to do it. I actually used YouTube video to show the process.
The trickiest part was actually uninstalling the broken pieces. I had to work backwards through the YouTube video.
The other tricky bit is having a sense of how hard you can push to snap plastic pieces in and out.
Also, watch the whole video! I didn't, and I ran out for a tool (a star driver, I think that's what it's called) that was actually in the bag of screws that came with the assembly.
It seems like Kitchen Aid realizes they have a problem with plastic fatigue, because they have replaced some of the plastic parts with metal.
If you take your time and stay organized this is a very doable repair.
1. Remove the top rack 2. Take a screwdriver and pry off back plastic stop at end of track 3. Slide track off, then slide new track on 4. Take the plastic back stop originally pried off of old track and snap into new track 5. Open plastic stop at front of track 6. Replace top rack. 7. Close plastic stop at from of track 8. Good to go!

Installing the rack stop clip was, at first, very difficult, if not impossible.
Stared at it and deduced that the clip was not intended to slide into the track from the end, but that it was intended to snap in from the side. NO WHERE WAS THERE A SINGLE SENTENCE TELLING HOW TO DO THIS. And don't give me the old bromide, "Well, everyone knows how to do this." Nope, It is not in my DNA, so a sentence included with the clip in the package would have saved me time and pain.
Followed the supplied instructions for the installation of the left and right rack adjuster kit. This is a pretty simple process, however, I suggest to take your time, read the instructions twice if you don't understand it the first time, and look at the pictures carefully because they are rather small. I also installed new drawer tracks. Again, a pretty simple process but make sure you look carefully at the rack stop clip before installing into the track. They are pushed in from the side, and not from the rear as I had first assumed. The front clips come installed on the tracks, and just flip open by 180 degrees so the top basket can be pushed in.

The wheels for the upper basket seem to have come loose in the track, what part(s) do i need to fix that?

The upper rack parts for this model have been upgraded by the manufacturer, they came out with a redesigned rack adjuster kit - left and right side, part number PS10064063 This kit includes 2 adjuster assemblies, 1 left hand and 1 right hand actuator cover, 2 gray adjuster covers, and 2 gray adjuster housings. For the upper rack, the two drawer tracks are held to the side walls by plastic wheel assemblies (2 per track). My wheel assemblies are worn out. I can't find these on your site - if you sell them, would you please point me towards them? Thank you

The front rack stop that flips out of the to remove the upper rack is missing. Do you have a part number for the front rack stop on the glider. I am not talking about the rack stops in the rear I have those already.
