The Ice maker works great, that's the problem it over fills the ice bin therefore making it very difficult to remove ice bin when necessary.

Hi Ken, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, we suggest checking that the ice bin is properly positioned directly under the icemaker, and the ice level shut off arm is fine. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the water inlet valve, part number PS2069865. It supplies water to the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

What do I do when my ice maker isn’t making ice. Does it have something to do with the arm shut off getting stuck up. Cause it drops ice but then the arm just stays up.

If the ice maker arm is stuck in the up position, it may indicate that an internal component is broken as the ice maker will think it is in a harvest cycle and will not make ice. Check where the ice maker arm attaches on the ice maker itself for any visible damage. The issue could be with the ice maker motor assembly, the motor housing or on the mold. You may also need to replace the complete ice maker. Good luck with your repair.
Hi Fred, thank you for contacting us. We have concluded that the issue is with the dispenser solenoid, part number PS11752532. It shifts the ice container deflector to dispense crushed ice or cubed ice. We would recommend replacing the solenoid to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Water funnel/cup freezing up and then freezes water fill tube. I’m not sure if it’s the ice shut off lever or another part.
