Broken top mount mullion, broken pin and deli tray lid
Parts arrived quick and installed easy. One reveiwer said his wife did theinstall and that was my inspiration. Thank you.
Middle section between the two French doors was broken by a four year old
We ordered the part by phone at about 4pm on Monday, and it arrived via Fed Ex at 10:30am the next day. WOW. My husband fixed it in about 5 minutes. Removed the old mullion with a socket set thing and screwdriver. Unscrewed the screw, slid the mullion up, disconnected a wider that is inside. Then he lined up the top and bottom plastic parts, reconnected the new wire, slid the new mullion in place, and screwed it on.

Fridge would not close left door or close very hard
Replaced mullion and pivot block The pivot block and the mullion showed signs of wear and tear where they would meet up to close the left door.
Quite simple, Remove the one bold and slide the rail-mulln off the retaining clips. They all face into the refigerator so it just slides off. Disconnect the sensing wire and reverse this three step process to install. Just be careful to have all three hindges aligned before you put the bolt in.

One of the hinge pieces on the Mullion broke at a party
It was so easy. One small screw on the center hinge, slip the electrical connection off of the old one then slide the mullion off of the top and bottom connections. After sliding the new one on and connecting the electrical just screwing in the screw and done. It works perfectly.

Section of door had broken off
Replace with. New part. Website made selecting the correct simple. Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Quite easy to replace broken part with new part. Now the door shuts automatically again and seals very tight. Successful experience!

I ordered a replacement flipper assembly from you. I found while trying to install that where the flipper attaches to the door that one of the two attachment points is broken.Is this a part i can get?

Hello David, thank you for your question. The part the mullion bar attaches to on the door is part of the inner door panel. Unfortunately, the inner door panel is only available by ordering the whole door assembly. I hope this helps.

Does this part have a sensor that triggers the door open alarm? The middle of this part gets really hot and I am having an issue with the door alarm constantly being on.

Thank you for your inquiry. It does not, however this part does have an internal heater. It could be malfunctioning and that is why it is getting too hot. I believe that the beeping of your appliance happens when the temperature gets below a certain point. It may be reacting to the heater. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

I need a new flipper assembly for the left door. The problem is that the left door casing that the pins attach to are cracked and broken so i think i have to take the seal off that goes around the whole door and replace that whole plastic piece that is the inside of the door. Can i get this piece? I cannot find it anywhere in the diagrams online.

Hi, I have a whirlpool refrigerator model #AFI2538AEW. One of the small plastic hinges that hold the flipper assembly to the unit has fallen off and is gone. I just need that part not the whole assembly. There are three of these, can you just sell me the hinges? The hinge assembly part number is PS11849098.

The center mullion heater strip is getting "very hot" not just warm. This seems to cause the control panel to shut off; then after it gets cool the control panel comes back on. Is this an accurate assessment of a bad center mullion heater strip?
