The part was as ordered and received from PartSelect promptly, packaged in new, factory-like condition. The clip was exactly like the original and very easy to replace. Looking at the replacement part, it was obvious that the original needed to be removed in a pop-up-one-side, then pull-away-the-other-side motion, which also made the replacement part easy to install. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation contacting PartSelect first for all my appliance part needs and readily recommend them to others.

The part was in great condition. it was easy to order and delivery was pretty quick.

A bit expensive (with the shipping fee) for a little piece of plastic, but it still way less expensive than a new dishwasher.

Good part, good site. The thing to improve, I think, is the shipping fee for such small parts. It looks to me that it was too expensive.

The replacement part was made from much more brittle plastic than original.

The part came reasonably quick; however, the plastic is so brittle that the moment you close the rack the plastic breaks.
