The top rack began to fall out of the track on the right side. Replacing it into the track was not a permanent fix. I could not visually see anything wrong but obviously something was. A web search quickly brought up a picture of that area of our machine. I ordered the part and upon installation,
I had to getto the side of the machine. After that, it was simply removing 4 screws and removing the old part, replacing the screws and putting the rack back in the track.
I broke the wheel off the dishrack when I slipped and hit the edge. I was able to find the part easily on the part select website. I ordered and received the part in 3 days. Very easy fix even for a novice like me. Thanks part select. Rick Barber
Loosen screws and pulled out dishwasher, remove screws on the old rack tracks and screwed new rack tracks on. Pushed back in dishwasher and tightened screws. Very easy to replace.
I followed the wonderful videos provided with the part and fixed the problem easily! I suggest making a separate instructional video on how to get the dishwasher out of the housing.
Lower wheel broke off upper wheel mount and dishrack wheel broke on the opposite side
Have all the tools at your disposal. Remove top rack after removing the track stop. Remove 2 screws that hold unit in to cabinet. They are under the little caps. That is when you need the magnet for the screwdriver. Wiggle tub out of space and remove hex head screws that hold the wheel mount. Save the gasket for install. Put things back the way they came off. Changing the upper dishrack requires some twisting and gentle pressure. Even if one is broken, replace all 4. Put back the screws to the cabinet and the end caps.
The connection point for the Assembly is from the outside of the unit so the machine had to be pulled out of the counter
Removed the mounting screws shorten the leveling legs to minimum and I was able to slide the machine out enough to reach the mounting screws without unhooking the water or electrical , if doing the rear assembly disconnecting everything is the only way on my installation.

Need white roller for upper rack. It holds rack onto to side bracket.

Left upper track is disconnected from the wheels. The Two “axels” that support the plastic wheels are broken. I need to order these two parts.
