Replace damaged silverware holder.
Removed the old, dropped the new replacement in the lower rack securing the self contained clips and the job was over. Not only happy with the part but also the service and ease of order from the site. Will use them when and if I need anything again.

Cutlery tray cracked
So easy with partselct. I put in the model number and the tray / holder looked correct. Then, read more and the question i needed to ask was answered! ..this works with kitchenaid brand too! It was nice the info was there as well as videos that explained sure the cutlery tray cracks from the heating element. I thought I had over stuffed the basket. Nope, normal wear and tear and great fast replacement delivery.

door balance cord broke
replacement of the door balance cord very easy to. pulling the dishwasher out from the wall required plumbing disconnect which was much more difficult.
