Hi Alana, Thank you for the great question. The Error code E0 F2 indicates there is a short int he keypad. Here are some steps you can take to fix the problem. 1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board). 2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock). Hope this helps!

If the ribbon cable on the touchpad is dirty, you can try dusting it see if this helps. Hello Danny, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Thermal Fuse, PartSelect Number PS11742563. When the fuse trips due to a malfunction in the oven this part will trip and shut down your oven controller. It is usually located behind your control panel. Unfortunately that part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and the manufacturer has not provided an authorized substitute.The only other thing that I could think of would be to contact your manufacturer and see if they have another part from a different model that will work with yours. The E6-F2 error code indicates a problem with the touchpad or the electronic oven control. E6-F2 specifically means the cancel key drive line is open. You can't cancel this error code, but sometimes removing the power from the oven and reconnecting it will cure it. If not you can start with the touchpad. If the touchpad did not fix the issue you may have an issue with the Control Board Part Number: PS374804. I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There is no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. Hope this helps!
