I shattered the original one when I took it out to clean it.
I placed the new glass in place, and replaced the screws. What I really want to tell abut is how QUICKLY my replacement part came from your company. I was so upset when I broke the original glass, but the replacement glass arrived within 24 hours! It was wonderful! Thank you!

Impossible to do by yourself. Make sure that you have a second set of hands.
Put the bottom of the glass in first then put the top half into the brackets in the door handle. Holding it in place with your extra set of hands tighten it down with the two screws from inside the oven door into the back of the handle. The door will be open a lot so be extra careful not to let the door close onto your hands or fingers. Also remember patience is a virtue.

The old outer glass door shattered when I removed it for cleaning. Will the new glass be as fragile as the old? Might it also break during installation?

I have a bisque Whirlpool imperial series, is this the correct part? I don't think my original glass was white, but bisque and i'm not seeing that option?

According to Whirlpool parts, the part i need for serial # RH4201877 is this part. I had previously ordered and received a glass that was just over 29". My measurements tell me this glass should be 29"even. Can you please confirm?

I need to replace the white outer glass on freestanding range. I have the left/right rails, however, am unsure whether i should have screws for these rails? No screws were recovered when the glass shattered.

How do I remove the oven door so that I can mount the new external glass plate? The youtube videos do not show this model nor the hinge that is on my oven. I do not see any safety latch. Can I just pull the door out of the oven? Will I be able to snap it back in place?
