Drawer used to roll out 12 inches, now just 6 inches. I can pull it out the rest of the way manually but wondering if the spring is weakened and doesn't give the spring push to send it all the way open?

Thank you for your question. It very well could be your spring. You may also want to check the wheels that your drawer rolls on as well. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Draw will not close, just springs back open when closed

Hi Vincent, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking the roller assembly, part number PS398587. It attaches to the lower frame and allows the container drawer to slide in and out. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
