Great service and had to replace four as new ones are taller than old ones.You might look at one problem.the heat settings numbers are no longer distinguishable.OK for Lynn who is used to the settings, but I have no idea where to turn the switch for high or low. can you not give us a template which I could glue round the switch. Do you have numbers I could stick on individually. I am overcooking things when I am home alone!

My son broke the knob off the cooktop.
I simply put the new knob on where the old one broke and pushed down. It went into place with no problem.
