A piece of the frame for the crisper drawers had broken off making the drawers sag
This is the 2nd part I have bought for this refrigerator from Part Select. I wish the parts came with some kind of instruction. I had to re-use parts from the original equipment each time. After studying the replacement part I was able to figure out what I needed to do, but it would have been nice to have a little more information. There were 3 pieces which I needed to remove from the damaged piece and add to the replacement part. I would gladly pay more for a complete replacement part.

Crisper Frame had a broken track & trim had cracked
The new frame did not come with: any seals, the 36" metal support track that virtually holds the crisper drawers up and parallel or the sliders to change the drawers from vegetable to fruit setting. I figured it out but some instructions would have been helpful. There is no way the drawers would have been operational without that metal u-channel track. That and the sliders should have been part of the new frame. Figuring out the u-channel was not intuitive and it was difficult to get out of the old frame. The order placing and delivery was excellent.
Actually shouldn't you have included installation instructions with the product? I had to search for installation instructions on Utube or the job would have ended in another cracked crisper frame.

Is this the part that i need if the slide/track for one of my crisper drawers is broken? The bit of the fridge that holds the top edge of the crisper drawer has broken so if the drawer is pulled out, it falls out of the track on one side and the drawer does not slide back/close properly.

I am replacing the crisper frame and trying to remove the support bar or the u channel support bar from the old frame to move to the new frame. Please help with how to remove it.

Hi Sarah, thank you for your question. You would just need to push it out from the old frame. You could gently use a screw driver or something with a hard rubber end that you can use to help push it out of place. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

The part that i have currently does not have a middle white divider and there are shelf supports only at each far side, about 30" across. There are no drawers with the fridge as i bought it. Do i need to replace the top and order two separate drawers?
