No Cooling frig was warm
Read wiring diagram found what would stop power to compressor. Removed thermostat checked for continuity which there was none no matter what position dial was in. Checked operation of remaining components in the refrigerator by jumping the two wires together that are connected to the thermostat, plugged refrigerator back in and compressor kicked right on.

Frig did not run until i bump the control panel it started up can this have a short in it refrigerator temperature control thermostat

The bottom 3 drawers in the frig are freezing. The frig is not packed full. I'm wondering if it could be the Temperature control listed as number 3 on the diagram. Thanks.

The Temperature Control Thermostat regulates the temperature in the refrigerator. If that does not help, we would suggest checking the Evaporator Fan Motor, part number PS11743228. Once refrigerator cycles off it will not come back on unless I turn the temperature dial off and back on.

Hello Marie, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the issue is with the temperature sensor, part number PS11743233. Replace it to fix the issue. If the thermostat is faulty, it might not be able to detect the temperature drop and restart the cooling process. Also, check the start relay, part number PS11770133. If the start relay is faulty, it might not be able to initiate the compressor's operation after a cycle has completed. We hope this helps.
