Door would drop and it was heavy.
I was about to pull out my dishwasher and then removed the bottom cover and there you could see the spring. BUT WHO KNEW THERE WERE TWO SPRINGS? Only one of mine was bad BUT I would have replaced both of them at the same time. The diagram on the website clearly only showed one spring and now to buy the second one would cost more

Replacing broken door hinge guide bearing sleeve
Repair was awful without instructions. Instructions were requested twice with no response. Attempted without instruction and broke the sleeve. Reordered but not through Partselect
