Solid Surface Burner - 8 Inch WP3147132

The part came fast. It worked well replacing it into our older system. I have been looking for a replacement burner for quite a while so really happy to find it.

We had ordered one ( 1 ) 6" solid element and one (1 ) 8" solid element. Upon arrival the both elements were boxed individually and then boxed again in another shipping box very loosely. After a careful inspection, it was noticed that the 6" element was very well packaged however the 8" element was poorly packaged and by extension sustained extensive damage to both the chrome perimeter ring and the connection terminal respectively. After agreeing to replace this damaged component the following two ( 2 ) shipments were packaged as poorly as the first, if not worst. The following two ( 2 ) solid elements were also damaged and only the last shipment, although damaged was repairable. I don't know where the actual damage is committed .... from your supplier to you or from you to me. What I do know is that before each shipment, I asked that the item be verified for damaged. After the last one arrived, I was told that this was not done. Therefore, I cannot presume that the damage was caused in transport. What I am certain of is that each shipment was very poorly packaged and that the damage was inevitable. Mind you the 6" solid element was very well packaged. I would suggest that you verify the packaging yourselves vis-a-vis the 8" solid element. All this being said, we wish to thank-you for your professionalism and excellent customer service.
