My fridge is not getting cold, freezer is cold. I do have frost build up on coils. Would the heater part be out on my unit causing the build up and not cooling?

Ice in the bottom of the freezer

Hi Bruno, thank you for reaching out. Ice buildup at the bottom of the freezer is normally caused by a clog in the p-trap drain tube. You can thaw the ice and defrost the appliance to make sure the drain tube is not frozen and blocked. Clear the drain tube of any build up to make sure it has proper flow.
