Good morning sirs, I could not find the exactly model my stove is. But it is one of these two: Nx58h5600s or nx58j5600s. So, my question is if I can use a dg34 00027a switch membrane to replace the dg34 00027b on my stove?

Hello do you have the parts to fix a C-F2 error on my Samsung gas oven? Here’s what it reads on the Samsung website for my error “Occurs when a communication problem is maintained between the Touch IC and Main or Sub micom.”

Hi Nick, thank you for the question. The C-F2 error is actually a communication issue between the main control board and the touchpad control. Usually, this is caused by a faulty touchpad or damaged ribbon cable wiring. You would need to disassemble the unit and examine the ribbon cable wiring. You are looking for a loose connection or burn marks. If you see nothing, replace the touchpad, part number PS16736760. If the issue persists, this would be an issue with the main control board, part number PS16634136, itself, which would be rare. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.
