The shelf frame and slide rail broke
This could have been a 5 minute repair if the shelf frame had included the U shaped metal piece and the front curved snap on decorative piece. I had to break the old frame, slide out the U shaped piece, insert it into the new frame then carefully snap off the decorative curved piece and attach it to the new piece. You would think for $100 it would be the complete set. The shelf did not support the weight of the drawers without completing these two additional steps.

I have a Magtag refrigerator, and I need what holds the crispers. the t bar is broken and the frame that holds the glass its all one piece need the piece that the glass sits on. Its a whole frame on the frame in front its states the humidity controls. Theresa

Regarding part #17 (ps11731402). The back of the the shelf broke on my Maytag, and when i took it out it seems there should be a bracket in the middle to support the center. I have the left and right brackets but can’t find a middle bracket. I also don’t see one on the exploded diagram.

Hello, I am looking for the pieces that the crisper drawers hang from. On my model the shelf is all one unit and the middle bar broke. My model doesn’t have the spot to just replace the center section. The shelf also has the glass sit on it. Just want to double check I have the right info.

Does shelf part w10858393 (number 15 of the shelf part diagram ) have a support in the middle at the back of the refrigerator. The original one broke in half in the back and i believe it needs a shelf chip or a support bracket

Hello Jeff, thank you for your question. This part has a little curve cut out of the back of the frame. The supports are two L shape parts which are Crisper Support - Left Side Part #: PS11743470, Crisper Support - Right Side Part #: PS11743471. The frame also has a center rail that splits the frame and supports the drawers as they slide into the frame. I hope this helps.

Hi, I need to replace this piece PS11731402 mine snapped at the back. I need to know what piece can be used to support the back middle of this frame against the back of the fridge. It seems there is no connection between the back middle and the support rail going down the middle of the fridge, it simply floats near it. I have the left and right side supports, and I already have the slide rail. I worry if I replace this again it will just snap in the back middle again as the has to support the weight of the crispers and slide rail. Is there a part to help the back middle of this frame make a direct connection to the fridge?
