I purchased all new aplliances in stainless steel, rather than buying a new compact in decided to just change the front panel to stainles.I ordered the panel from Part Select,They sent me the exact part it was geeat. Now all my appliance match!
I just exchanged the panel and fooled everyone.

Upgrade to Stainless Steel Front
My wife has been wanting to upgrade the kitchen appliances to stainless. We were looking to purchase a new trash compactor for about $500 but I had an idea to just swap out the front panel since our exisiting compactor was in excellent condition. For less than $100 and less than one hours work with a phillips screwdriver, I accomplished the upgrade. Now my wife is happy and we're pleased with the perfect fit.
