no power to control panel. Lights would not come on when button is pushed.
Take pictures of electronic control with phone. Has multiple connections. Slide elect. cntrl. off mount swap connections 1 at a time to new cntrl. Slide new cntl. on mount. Connect control panel. Re-install inner panel. Be sure to disconnect power plug before starting. Good luck

The dw will not start a wash cycle. The keys on the keypad don't respond as they should. Many times when pressing a key, nothing happens. Sometimes the control lock just stays lit regardless of what is pressed. When you press start, nothing happens. When you press autoclean, either nothing happens, or sometimes other lights randomly come on. Is it likely that replacing the control panel will solve this problem?

The auto clean button stays on when the door is shut but no other buttons will work. Do i need to order a new control panel board and if so what would be the part number?

I have replaced my control panel p/n w10811169 for my dishwasher, which was recommended by your web site. I've unplugged the machine prior to replacement and after swapping plugged the dishwasher back in with the same problem. Control lock light on and when i unplug and re-plug in i get the normal wash light when i press the button i hear two clicks and it goes back to control lock light and does not start. What can this be related to. All connections are good!?

Hello Sharon, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model number that you have provided and it could be an issue with the control panel or the control board. The easiest way to test is to disconnect the power from the dishwasher, open up the door panels, and unplug the control panel cable from the control board. Leaving the door open and the cable unplugged, reassemble the door, then turn the power to the dishwasher back on. Wait 10 minutes and then close the dishwasher door. If the issue is with the control panel, the control board will recognize the control panel is unplugged and turn the drain pump on, and the control panel touchpad is at fault.
