This is an authentic DeWALT replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. The terminal is found in several power tools from DeWALT and Black & Decker, such as sanders and scroll saws. This part is made of metal, and is used to secure the end of an electrical wire to provide power to components of the machine. Please be aware that there are different terminals used in the machine.
