This authentic OEM item is specially made for Makita sanders. It is an identical replacement for a damaged or a missing lead unit that was installed on the new tool. Keep in mind this high-quality rubber insulated component and is sold individually. Check the owner's manual and the diagrams for your model to ensure the correct repair procedure. A screwdriver will be needed to replace this lead unit. Note, the pan head screw that secures it is sold separately.
