Freezer is not defrosting, do I need to replace the temperature sensor or the board main power board. Where are these components located Thanks

Control Pad on Fridgedaire Fridge keeps beeping but cooling is fine and the fridge is working and cooling properly. Won’t stop beeping at key pad. I think the the Control Pad needs to be replaced.

Hello Sarah, thank you for your question. t may have just needed to be power cycled (unplugged for 5 minutes). If problem persists, unplug for 24 hours with doors open to thaw any frost in air channels. Beeping will stop once the temperatures get to normal. We hope this helps.
