Please ensure you purchase this kit, not a replacement hinge. They're designed to go in pairs to ensure tension on both sides of the door. As long as the frame damage isn't too great the parts fit in well. There's extra clips to hold the base of the spring in included in the package.

Not so easy - part was not correct
Part was not the correct part - though I did order based on the dishwasher part listing and part number. Fortunately, the part received was similar in size and application - so I was able to make it work. Did not want to spend additional time returning and trying to source the right part. The original plastic and rope in the closing mechanism broke and needed replacing.
Note: The diagram and part description misled me to think that each item was a quantity of one, so I ordered two since I wanted to replace the part on each side of the door. In fact, both the cable repair kit and the guide came with a quantity of two, so have an extra set that I will likely never need. As far as the replacement, it was quick and easy. The hardest part was pulling the dishwasher out from under the cabinet.

The Cable Broke on both sides
The instructions stated to remove the door. I spent an hour attempting to remove the door. That was an unnecessary instruction. all else worked as described. Springs were easy to install. The attachment to the door was difficult. Better instructions on how to grasp the connection to spread the spring to give the cable enough slack to attach the connection to the door.
