Getting error code f2e1 stuck/shorted key. Is this the part i need?? thanks

Yes, it is the part you would need. F2-E1 - Touch Pad (Keypad) Cable Unplugged - Check the connection between the touchpad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure. Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds. If error code reappears then replace the touchpad PS10060049. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

I am experiencing the F2E1 code. Not sure if the problem is with the touch switch module or something else. Any input from you would be appreciated.

Hi Mike, thank you for the question. The F2E1 error code indicates that the control board is not detecting the keypad assembly on the control panel. First, you may need to make sure that the connector ribbon that plugs into the control board is making good contact. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the electronic control board, part number PS11756686, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this is helpful!
