The temp fluctuates/drops100 degrees before correcting and oven burner coming back on. I've changed the temp sensor. Also, the digital display doesn't show proper temp, until I rotate the temp knob and return to proper setting, then it shows actual temp in the oven

Repair is easy. The keeper ring installation while holding the spring down was tricky. An extra set of hands is helpful in holding and replacing the keeper ring.
