Hi Jim. Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect. Allow at least a minute after power has been restored and if error code reappears, replace control board (clock). Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
Hello Terri, thank you for your question. We have researched the model you have provided, and we would suggest the Bake Element, part number PS11750370. We hope this helps!
Hi Mahfouz, thank you for contacting us. The error code indicates that there may be a problem with the user interface or keypad, the control, or the associated wiring. Please verify that the wire harnesses are functioning correctly. If they are fine, the issue could be with the touchpad, part number PS11747328. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Something Kitchen Aid wont tell you but running a self clean on this model stove blows the fuse located on the back of the stove.
First I slid the stove out and removed the back of the stove held in place by 8 Phillips screws. The thermostat fuse is located near the top middle on the back of the stove. Remove the 2 screws holding it in place. Disconnect the wires, plug in the new part. Put it all back together. Job done in less than 30 minutes.
This repair would have cost $164 through A&E factory service.
