I have only 120 v on one side of the bottom element, it is not heating up, seems like the control board relay is defective for the bottom element. I should have 240 v across , can the relay be replaced or a new control board necessary.

On this electronic control board YKERS807SSOO board part PS11749720, there is 2 12 volts activated relays used for the 118 ac volts bake broil transfer can you supply the information on those relay, can I order those relays from you One of those relay is defective I plan to replace one of the relay, to repair the control board . Something Kitchen Aid wont tell you but running a self clean on this model stove blows the fuse located on the back of the stove.
First I slid the stove out and removed the back of the stove held in place by 8 Phillips screws. The thermostat fuse is located near the top middle on the back of the stove. Remove the 2 screws holding it in place. Disconnect the wires, plug in the new part. Put it all back together. Job done in less than 30 minutes.
This repair would have cost $164 through A&E factory service.
