The washer spins during the washing cycle but doesn’t spin during the spinning cycle and water is left in the tube. I drained it and removed lint, a plastic item and some coins. It shows a a 4C error code in the spin cycle. Help! It stated a week ago..

Hello Robert, Thank you for your inquiry. The 4C error code indicates that the washing machine has detected a problem with the water supply. The most common reason for this error is a blocked or kinked water supply hose. First check the water supply, then the water inlet valve and water level pressure switch. If there is water left in the tub, you may also want to check the drain pump, check valve and hoses as well. If that does not solve the problem, then check the control board. Take pics every step, easier re-assembly. Dismantled washer keeping bolt/screw section removed compartmentalized in a tackle box in the order of removal. Replaced drum support, bearings, seal, old blots. Too much to write but I was able to do it all in about 4 hours once all the parts finally came in.
