My washer is leaving a grey-like stain on clothes (stains are not permanent, they wash out after it is run through the washer again. It looks like lint and if you rub it, it smells like detergent. I have attempted multiple different clean cycles with different cleaning agents. I am using HE detergent and only a very small amount at a time with small-medium loads of laundry. Is there a lint filter on this washer that needs replaced? Anything else that could be causing this issue?

Hi Abby, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the issue is with the hot water not reaching the washer. If the detergent is not dissolved properly, it will leave stain on the clothes. Hot water is necessary for the proper dissolution of detergent. We recommend you check the water supply. Make sure hot water is reaching. If not, replace the water inlet valve, part number PS11731257, to fix the issue. We hope this is what you were looking for!

Water is leaking onto the floor from the washer. I think water is still in the machine under the wash basin. Can it be repaired or time for a new machine?

Hi Janine, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding, we would suggest checking the drain hose first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the drain pump, part number PS11754363. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

The washer was making a horrible noise during the spin cycle
Removed a cap in the center of the tub basket which has a bolt that needs removed I believe it's a 9/16 after I removed the bolt I then removed the center of the bottom of the basket assembly which then allowed me to get to the basket hub that needed replaced it was a little dirty and I couldn't get it out so I sprayed a little penitrating oil on it let it sit a little then I was able to remove the hub and install the new one then I put it all back together and the washer is working great

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
