I understand the sd error code means we're using too much detergent. Thank you for that advice. But how do i get the washer to work again? Is there a reset of some kind that will allow us to continue to use the washer? It is stuck on 22 minutes and fills with water, but won't drain unless we turn the power off. It will not spin the clothes dry/damp. Thank you!

Hi Cheryl, Thank you for your question. If you are hearing a noise when the washer is spinning, the issue may be a worn bearing on the outer tub or there may be an issue with the suspension rods. You will need to inspect the parts to see what is causing the issue. If the clothes are still wet after a load is complete, you may have a kinked drain hose or the drain pump may be clogged. Check the motor for signs of damage. Make sure that the clothes are evenly distributed throughout the washer when you wash them. An unbalanced load can leave the clothes wet at the end of a cycle. Also, make sure that choose the correct cycle for the clothes that you are washing. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

The washer was making a horrible noise during the spin cycle
Removed a cap in the center of the tub basket which has a bolt that needs removed I believe it's a 9/16 after I removed the bolt I then removed the center of the bottom of the basket assembly which then allowed me to get to the basket hub that needed replaced it was a little dirty and I couldn't get it out so I sprayed a little penitrating oil on it let it sit a little then I was able to remove the hub and install the new one then I put it all back together and the washer is working great
