Machine will not cycle basket will not spin. Basket motor buzzes like it has power but doesn’t spin code E7 comes up
For model number WTW5105HW2
Hi James, thank you for your inquiry. F0E7 error indicates that load was detected while attempting to run the clean washer cycle. First, you need to check the load inside your washer, remove it, and then restart the clean washer cycle. If the problem persists, the only thing you need to do is rebalance the clothes and try the washer again. If the error will not reset, just unplug the washer for 60 seconds to reset the error. Then you can use your washer like normal again. Bulky items will commonly cause the washer to give you this error, and some things like rugs and sheets may never spin if they cannot balance themselves. Just understand you can keep trying over and over to rebalance the clothing if this error keeps coming up. If something cannot be spun out, you will need to ring out the items by hand. If this does not help you will need to replace the control board, part number PS16620433. We hope this is what you were looking for
I am replacing the gear case, is there an additional seal to the tub or is everything I need included in kit w11449840
For model number WTW5105HW2
Hello Rudy, thank you for contacting us. The gear case, part number PS16730207, fits your model and this is all you need to replace the gear case. The washer, part number PS16620404, is a separate part and is available separately. We hope this helps.
I received the gear case kit ,it came with a washer on it , I ordered another as you suggested is it necessary to install both washers, and still not sure if a seal is needed on the tub?
For model number WTW5105HW2
Hi Rudy, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, you may install the gear case, part number PS16730207, with only one washer. Also, you may use a washer, part number PS16620404, as a seal between the tub and the gear case. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Hi Becky, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding, we would suggest checking the drain hose for clogging first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the drain pump, part number PS12731241. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
