Machine doesn’t fill with water during cycle. In the service tech settings, I can command water on, and both hot and cold will function properly. But no water during a wash cycle.

Hello Johnathan, thank you for your question. If your washer is having issues filling or is leaking water from the area of the inlet valve PS12348013, it needs to be replaced immediately. Replacing this valve will require a screwdriver and a wrench to replace. We hope this helps.

As stated in my last question, I can command the water inlet valve on in the service tech options. The inlet valve is not the issue at all, it commands cold and hot water just fine. It only will not open during the wash cycle. I have the $130 inlet valve on hand from the last time you had recommended that was a different issue, after swapping in the brand new inlet valve, the same problem still persists. Commands fine, but no water added while trying to fill the drum.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your question. If you have replaced the water inlet valve and the washer will still not fill with water, we recommend checking the water fill hoses to see if they clogged, and lid lock assembly with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting to see if it is operating normally. You should receive a reading of zero when testing it. If you get any other reading, you will need to replace it. We hope this helps!

Noise, grinding sounds. Wash tub stopped turning but motor and cycles kept functioning. Process of elimination, must be the clutch assembly.
Easy, just followed the repair video. Recommend also ordering the drive belt. Bought one locally during my repair.

Tab on door strike got broken off and washer would not operate without it.
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
